My goal is to help you become clearer on where you are, so you are able to acknowledge your pain, heal and find the freedom to experience life in a new way, making new decisions, and finding fulfillment. I work with clients who are feeling “stuck” and inevitably struggle with addictions, anxiety, depression, compulsive behaviors, unsatisfying relationships, and unfulfilling work. I believe we are all worthy of living the life we intended – in finding the power to overcome our current circumstance thereby living a happier and more meaningful life.

In my practice, I facilitate individuals, groups, and family sessions through self -discovery and assessment. Together, we work on the challenges and issues you face. By using a solutions-focused treatment model, I am able to effectively evaluate and help. Through this process, I determine the negative cognitions, so we are able to focus on the positive.

As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Individual therapy (psychotherapy, talk therapy, or counseling) is a process between the therapist and client that aims to facilitate change and improve the client’s quality of life and/or personal and sexual relationships.
 

SEX THERAPY

Sex therapy is a type of psychotherapy that addresses emotional concerns and mental health issues that affects a person’s sex drive, function, desire for intimacy, problematic sexual behavior, and/or sexual identity.

COUPLES COUNSELING

Couples or marriage counseling is provided to support people in relationships that aim to improve intimacy, understanding, and/or considering separation. In couples counseling the relationship as a whole is the focus.
